Most AI Data Centers are built in rural areas where big companies can accumulate a lot of land all together and not have to try and buy from different people.

I am a little biased, and I think it's okay to have your own opinion of things. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and should stick to what they believe but be able to look at the other side as well. Especially for something controversial.
